From a very young age I have felt a pain in my heart when it comes to discarding things into the bin, but enormous joy at crafting and making them new again.  And so, a life-long curiosity of the natural world coupled with a desire to act responsibly and seek to nurture all that is wondrous within our planet, has inspired me to create these beautiful things.  I feel that they celebrate this natural beauty that surrounds us and makes the most out of the resources that already exist.

Here in Aotearoa New Zealand, I am proud to live amongst a vast array of lovely plants, animals and other precious natural treasures and I take pleasure in my kaitiakitanga (caretaker) role ensuring their protection.
